Robert Fitzpatrick, AKA (Bobby Dread) joined DCD Realty in 2005, bringing with him many years of experience as a real estate investor and business acumen. Prior to joining the firm, he was with Coldwell Banker. “My career in real estate actually started out as a hobby,” says Bobby. While buying vacant land and selling it and reinvesting in bigger parcels, he discovered his passion for real estate. It was then that I knew I had to turn my hobby into a profession.” One of the aspects of the real estate business Bobby particularly enjoys is the ability to take control of his career, cultivating lifelong relationships with his clients. “I am rewarded each time my client finds exactly what they are looking for in a property,” he says. He has a proven track record of going above and beyond on behalf of his clientele. Bobby specializes in the marketing and evaluation of new homes and vacant land. However, Bobby enjoys representing a variety of clientele. “I like working with everyone - buyers, sellers, and property investors” says Bobby. Originally from Atlanta, Bobby moved to the west coast to play music. He has played with various acts and had his own band “Rastafire” for many years which he says reshaped his view of the world. Performing at great venues like New York’s Apollo Theatre and The Las Vegas Strip, acting in the theatre and doing big screen work to his own TV Show (Public Access) develops great people skills which he will put to work for you in your next Real Estate Transaction.
